The page notes, quite simply, that Sony “will deliver new information about PlayStation Vita” on Monday, February 18th at 5pm Tokyo time. The presenter will be Hiroshi Kawano, the President of Sony Computer Entertainment Japan.
The page indicates that you can simply return there at the given time to watch the stream. There are also links out to the stream being shown independently on smart phones and Ustream.
The three disclaimers on the bottom of the page make a couple of interesting notes, including that the “streamed broadcast is already prerecorded” and that “some software may be age-restricted.” The latter is the most important note, of course, since it indicates that games will be shown, and perhaps even revealed.
We’ll keep you informed as soon as any news develops out of the live stream (and we've reached out to Sony stateside to see if they can give us any indication on what might be shown). In the meantime, speculate in the comments below: what -- if anything -- do you think Sony is set to reveal for Vita tonight?
