Today Sony officially revealed via the Play Station Blog the brand new DualSense Playstation 5 wireless controller. The DualSense controller features the much rumored about haptic feedback. Adaptive triggers have been incorporated into the L2 and R2 buttons allowing for players to feel like they are driving through the mud or feeling the tension of drawing a bow to shoot an arrow. DualSense will have a new battery pack that will hopefully last longer then its current gen counter part. allowing for longer gameplay without that usb cord. zooming into pictures of the PS5 controller it looks like it will use the current gen type-c port hopefully allowing for fast paced charging. The share button has now been renamed the "create" button allowing Sony to build on its success of its Duelshock 4 sibling. DualSense also adds a build-in microphone for quick messages to friends or other players without a headset. It will be interesting to see how Sony and other game developers adds this into their games. Are you excited about the New Playstation controller?
